Major Broadway-Style Theater Coming to Tysons Area

The performing arts theater is part of the Capital One development.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Capital One will provide a community performance center which will include a space larger than some Broadway theaters, according to Fairfax County Board of Supervisors Chair Sharon Bulova, in her newsletter released Thursday.

The Center will be owned by CapOne but "use for our Fairfax County Arts organizations is guaranteed as a condition of the development," Bulova said. "Look for this fantastic community amenity to come on line by the end of 2019."

Capital One will contract a management company to oversee day-to-day scheduling, operations, and maintenance of the facility, according to Arts Fairfax.
