Tysons 2020: Ten Years of Accomplishment

Fairfax County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jeff McKay addressed our members at an event on March 4 celebrating ten years of accomplishment since adoption of the Tysons Comprehensive Plan.

Please take a look at the short video, below, which captures the excitement of the day we came together to kick-off our 10th anniversary milestone. We were delighted to hear Chairman McKay’s comments about the role Tysons plays in driving impact to all of Fairfax County and the Northern Virginia region as a whole. We also applaud his emphasis on the importance of partnerships, regionalism and working together to elevate Tysons. McKay underscored access to affordable housing and mobility solutions as key elements in fostering economic development, an understanding that is central to the Partnership’s work priorities.

Thank you to all who came out on March 4 to help kick off our year of “Tysons 2020” and much appreciation to Capital One for hosting. Also, many thanks to our Tysons 2020 Investors and Supporters who are enabling the Partnership’s continued efforts to strengthen our unified Tysons city platform for the benefit of all Tysons stakeholders.
