Gregory Riegle is a Partner in McGuire Woods Tysons office and practices commercial real estate law with a concentration in land use, zoning and redevelopment matters. He currently oversees the firm’s collective land use practice. His real estate practice centers on Fairfax County. The types of developments he has facilitated focus on the region’s transit corridors and include large scale mixed-use projects and a wide range of commercial and residential uses.
Riegle began his real estate career as a professional urban planner. Prior to joining McGuire Woods, he worked extensively in the public and private sectors. Collectively, he has more than 25 years experience in the real estate development industry.
