Holly Brook Farm raises and sells grass-fed and finished lamb, grass-fed and finished beef, milk-fed veal, pastured pork, pasture-raised chickens, and free-range eggs. They also sell a variety of Trickling Springs Creamery products such as milk, cheeses, and ice cream.
GINA’S ALL NATURAL JAMS AND JELLIES
Gina Calangan makes jams and jellies using only fresh, natural and organic ingredients, including locally-sourced fruits in season. Her jams, preserves, marmalades, and jellies are made in small batches in Woodbridge, VA.

Smart Markets is the newest arrival to the farmers’ market scene in Northern Virginia, providing guaranteed producer-only markets for the region’s discerning shoppers. Visit us for locally grown fruits and vegetables, locally raised meats and poultry, and local foods from breads and cheeses to salsa and sausage.
Smart Markets, Inc. was founded in early 2008 by Jean Janssen, a longtime activist and entrepreneur in Northern Virginia and a twenty-five year resident of Fairfax County, Virginia. Smart Markets represents the confluence of her lifelong interests in food, nutrition and cooking and her passion for community outreach and activism. Ms. Janssen’s expectations for Smart Markets reflect her diverse experience and organizational expertise.
